Great Bank, great mobile app, and helpfull staff

There is sufficient high street branches about to almost guarantee you will have one locally should you need, or indeed prefer to talk face to face. The banking app is great, allows you to pay via mobile, as well as access many features. For example, there is a section that allows you to apply for a Barclaycard (Barclays Credit Card), and it gives you a likelihood of acceptance in less than a minute. It had a great offer that was hard to beat - I applied and was accepted. All from within the app. Also on the banking app, it has a direct dial to Barclays support/help line. One button push and you are through to polite helpful and knowledgeable staff, that will help you with your enquiry, or issue - easy and no stress. There are plenty of functions on their online banking site, that let you manage your account and payments /direct debits, transfer money and much more besides.
