Review of the Halifax, Fixed Rate Mortgage:

Useless untrained, unprofessional

2 months into our application and still no further than day 1. Delay after delay has been made by Halifax as they are using untrained inexperienced underwriters. Requesting document after document even though they had already received these documents previously. Escalated to their senior management who ignored the escalation and didnt even have the respect to respond. We are a premier account holder with Halifax but this doesnt have any impact on their respect level for you. Respect is zero from Halifax. We are changing banks due to the issues we have and will not bank with any of their group companies. Useless Reviewed on: 5th September 2024
