Poor post bereavement service

Poor experience following bereavement of account holder. Despite sending in Death Certificate have had to phone on several occasions to chase up final balances for preparation of Probate but today, Thursday, they have still not been done despite a promise last Friday to calculate and post first class same day. The calculation still has not been done. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024
