Just fantastic.

From start to finish, every person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, patient and kind, non judgemental attitudes and full of advice and support, everything was followed up with emails, texts and phone calls where needed. No stones were left unturned, we went through my income and expenditure and debts etc and the appropriate solution was found for me by Zara which was a DRO, the process for applying was really quick and easy thanks to Lee, the approved intermediary who went through everything with me in one phone call, I could call back and amend anything I needed to before MW sent off the application and I spoke to Frank several times who was also just fantastic. I was offered further support and provided information for things such as food banks and other organisations which was really helpful. I spent a long time worrying about what to do and how to cope with the debt I was in and the people from Money Wellness literally lifted that weight from my shoulders with a smile. I cannot tell you how much better it has made my life. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 6th September 2024
