Branch staff were so helpful.

My 2 year ISA was due to mature, I don't do online banking so went into the Saffron Walden branch and the staff were so helpful giving me all the options and made it easy to transfer to a new suitable product. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Opened ISA in branch

Opened ISA in branch and put funds on notice in existing savings account to transfer to ISA when notice period is up. Received an email about this approx a week later which mystified me so I rang up and the lady I spoke to explained everything to me very clearly. She was very helpful.
