All hype but ultimately poor - just avoid them.

Complete con job - just avoid them. Immediate example was that I was offered a sign up offer for a recent purchase from randox (£20 cashback after spending £5 in a single transaction). Followed the process to the letter from the email, made the transaction and then told that because it had been 10 minutes (!) between clicking the link and putting my number in, I wasn’t eligible. I spoke to an AI bot (their initial customer service) who after half an hour put my through to Cory. He then gave a similarly automated response, and quoted the timestamps of my sign up that were dated in the future! Even when I queried this obvious error I just got a further rebuttal. Closed my account there and then. Huge hype, but clearly the product and customer experience is miles off AmEx or similar. Just go for a real bank. Reviewed on: 29th June 2026
