New account for a 93 year old...

Setting up a new account for a 93 year old who does not have a driving licence or passport, never mind mobile phone! is a nightmare and in many cases virtually impossible. Saffron BS were sympathetic and helpful, real people on the end of a phone. Success. Reviewed on: 11th September 2024
