Cheapest I have found for long haul travel

I have insured twice through Travel Insurance 4 Medical. TBH largely because they were the cheapest, and seemed to provide decent cover, mine was long haul travel to the States (quite expensive still) though never claimed. They charge premiums (like most) for medical conditions you will never claim for on vacation, like Arthritis etc. which I find very frustrating, as this inflates the price, which as pensioners we can ill afford, but as I said, they were the cheapest, given that most of us hope never to make a claim.
