If your looking for a company that are there if you need support don’t use Tidy average response time about 16 hours, there telephone support is more like an answering service can’t help at all. I’ve had countless problems and even after all of that I thought it would be ok so I ordered a card machine which ups failed to deliver and expected me to collect it from the depot as they had no drivers.
