Overall good. Just slow.

They are just slow as the process seems manual for the mortgage. Everything turned out good though. So just be prepared for a slow application. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Due to recent changes in stamp duty that comes into play soon, we received a high volume of applications that affected out normal service standards. Everything was smooth albeit super slow!

Everything was smooth albeit super slow!!! It seems everything is manual which can be a good thing if you have special circumstances. All good in the end! Reviewed on: 18th September 2024
