Incredible service. Thank you

Had a problem with a recently bought expensive range cooker. Service from one call was exemplary. After 2 attempts at repair failed, one call replaced the cooker without being asked! The reason given was that the repair had taken more than 28 days. I have now insured all other appliances with one call. They followed up but did not push me to purchase more or unnecessary cover.
