Cycling insurance made for and by cyclists

The process of signing up was incredibly easy and it didn’t stop there. Starting a claim after my bike was stolen was effortless. I had the form completed in less than 5 minutes and at a time of frustration and annoyance was just what was needed. The form was completed without the required forms on Saturday night. On Monday I was called by Callum, an insurance representative who asked what happened and confirmed the extra information I needed to provide. A follow up email was sent so I didn’t forget. All the information was shared and within 24 hours an agreement had been reached which far exceeded my expectations. I have never been so pleased to work with an insurance company.
