Excellent customer service

Since I joined Barclays some years ago I have found their in branch staff to be consistently helpful and knowledgeable, their telephone staff also excellent and their banking app is brilliant. It helps me keep on top of my finances and is easy to navigate & always works! In addition, Barclays has been pro-active by sending me a new banking card ahead of potential fraudulent behaviour over the Christmas period. I give them top marks & believe they thoroughly deserve a banking award. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018
