I am a returning customer.

I am a returning customer. They said I gave them the incorrect bank account number to set up DD.They didn't set it up and then charged me 15 default fee and were going to cancel my insurance.Don't believe them. Asked for the transcript of my phone call when I set up the insurance. All they sent me was trhe transcript of a later chat. I know that account number so well, I could speak it in my sleep. When I complained they reimbursed the default fee. I believe that's because they knew they were WRONG! Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
