I needed to claim last year and although I struggled...

I needed to claim last year and although I struggled with the constant uploading of photos and documents overall it was a good experience Just wished that after I had uploaded my documents to them they could share them with the repair services that called me. Recent incident good customer service

Recent incident. It was all positive and people helpful. But it did take me hours to upload documents and I felt a little overwhelmed with the process due to computer and technology and photos uploading 3 times with many emails and links etc but on the very positive side it all sorted in good time. It’s still in progress but so far so good. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
