I felt valued as a customer.

I was called out of the blue by one of their customer service team. The lady who spoke to me asked if everything was okay with car insurance cover that I had bought. She also asked if I had logged onto the online portal for all the information about my cover. In all my years of buying car insurance no one has ever done that before. I feel that as a customer I am really valued. I am very impressed. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
