Good service...eventually.

I waited over 20 minutes for my call to be answered, but after that, service was good. I had received a lower quote than your renewal price, which was bettered by the helpful representative on the phone. However, it would be nice to have the best price in the first place. We haven't had direct dealing with One Call, thankfully we haven't had to claim, but their prices are very competitive and we are now in our second consecutive year with them Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
