Informative and considerate staff.

Whenever I have needed to contact One Call Insurance, whether by phone or chatline, I have not been kept waiting long. The staff are very considerate and display empathy. They do their utmost to accommodate queries and manage a suitable and successful conclusion. I was very pleased to facilitate negotiations in renewing car insurance for another year. Good service.
