The travel insurance process was so straightforward.

The travel insurance process was so straightforward. The policy itself was great value as I have a son with a heart issue. When I got home from my trip I received a follow up email saying they hope I enjoyed my trip and the steps to take if I did have to make a claim. I felt so reassured and everything was so clear. Often with these policies I feel things are unclear and as someone who suffers with anxiety I felt greatly reassured by Puffin’s clarity. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026
