Desperately needs a digital offer

Responsiveness and product excellent however the complete lack of digital and online options are very off-putting. I have no access to in person banking within miles of where I live, haven't had a cheque book for decades and the use off pass books and hand written application forms as a single channel seems ridiculous today.
