Steep rise after a small accident

I had an accident last year and the person I spoke to was really supportive and helpful. The increase in my insurance this year was quite a,shock but the customer care explained everything x and although I wasn't happy I felt supported and listened to. Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

First impressions

I joined this year I found the joining easy no selling on extras pressure and a good price given low usage. I had a minor fault accident the lady that dealt with my accident was kind and reassuring. She helped me through the process and I left the conversation worry free. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
