Fab service, fab policy

I’ve called twice before and both times the customer service agent was so lovely. Kind, took the time to listen and helped me out both times so quickly! I feel protected by this policy and happy to pay for such full cover and to know that there is someone on the other end of the phone that will make any process as smooth as can be. The first vet access has been used by us on many occasions, I am a nervous owner so it is a great service to calm my nerves and give me some relief or guidance. I recommend many pets to absolutely everyone. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
