Great rates, hassle free amazing customer service

I have used Barclays for just over 13 years now. I have a bank account and an ISA account. I can honestly say I have never been tempted to take my money elsewhere. I have taken out a few insurance packages over the years, including Travel insurance and a Tech pack. Each came with their perks and have found them to always be very reliable when making a claim. Barclays online banking app is perfect for me. It's easy to access both of my accounts, set up standing orders and transfer money. They also have lots of great rates and rewards. They regularly inform me of security measures they're putting into practice, which gives me peace of mind that my moneys safe and their customer service is brilliant.
