Video chat vet call

Luckily not had to make a claim yet so can’t comment on the ease of that, but I have used the video call with a vet perk and that was great. At a time when would be really worrying about what to do (out of hours, this was about midnight) got connected fast over a video call to a vet who was compassionate and really helpful. If needed they would have helped me to find an appropriate vets to visit at that time but luckily we were ok. Just for this service would recommend, hope if I have to ever claim it will be just as good. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
