Easy to use mobile bank with convenient customer service

When I choose a bank, convenience is really important to me. Features are important to me too, but when an issue comes up with a banking feature, if it's not convenient to speak to a customer service representative immediately after I experience the issue, then I feel it takes away from the experience. Starling is amazing for a small bank. Everything is right at my finger tips, including customer service that I can call or message instantly. All my banking details are right there on my phone, and I know exactly when and where all my money is going instantly without having to worry about secret hackers. It means I can walk around worry-free about where my money is. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018
