Knowledgable & vety professional, helful staff. If you have a question, the insurer always gets back to you in readonable time scale resolving your issue. An insurer striving for the best cover at reasonable pricing * covering a range of therapies such as Hydrotherapy Stem Cell therapy (which has helped my dog Milo amazingly & given him better quality of life) There is options for a range of cover to suit your pocket. .Addiional online Vet Service free to customers, which I found helpful. Easy claim referal & settlement within a reasonal time scale. Able to negotiate a claim, in the best interest of the pet ie (i) reducing emergency admission hence saving cost (iii) enabed me to treat my pet at home, with my vet support therefore reducing pet anxiety & hence faster pet recovery. ( see my cat's Henson claim appx 2years ago when he needed oxygen, with an oxygen generator in the home, I was able to prevent emergency admissions, which was better for Henson & saved costs to the insurer). Placing the pets best interest first. An insurer that shares offers, discounts to customers ie multi pet discounts but also shares offers from other retailets enabling customers to maximise savings.
