Starling Bank's customer service stands out for its friendliness and exceptional helpfulness, offering a level of support that is both reassuring and efficient. Offering the latest and cleanest user experience

I have been with many banks in my time but I have always found that no bank has ever come close to the service offerings, user experience and quality that Starling Bank provides. For a relatively new bank, they should be very proud of what they have achieved and I hope that they can continue their momentum. The latest feature called bill's manager is innovative and well thought out and has helped me budget effectively throughout the month. I've given them a five-star review because It is well deserved. Easy, friendly, thoughtful banking

Since joining Starling in May 2018, I have found the bank to be pleasant in its setup processes; anything from creating an account to taking out a loan. The app is user friendly and makes it easy to identify where money is being spent each month. The control it provides over the banking card in allowing you to block, disable and re-enable certain functions at will has helped me in times where I fear I have lost my card, only to have found a day or so later. It has an API that allows for easy integration with third party apps, such as Moneybox, and provides constant and meaningful updates to the banking app with emails to follow up on whats new. I have since used the CASS service to switch all of my direct debits to Starling and now use this card as my daily driver. So far this Bank has been recommended to 4 of my friends, all of which have signed up and have given the similar feedback. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018
