Awful customer service since the company was sold on

Tried to contact customer service before renewal to discuss what could be done to reduce the payment which had doubled. Emailed them immediately after a received the renewal quote but did not get a response until after the date of renewal. They said to call them, I replied explaining I am unable to due to disability and that I would need to do this by email. I received no response. Family members who also use ManyPets have had months long delay in payouts, some still waiting. When I signed up two years ago the claims process was fast and straightforward, that's all changed since the company was bought out. If it wasn't for pre existing conditions I would not be using ManyPets now. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
