Waste of money

Had a genuine claim and they keep saying cannot communicate with the vet even though all details are on there website. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money . After having had 6 other dogs previously this is the first one we have insured and when it comes to the first claim we are given the runaround. Absolute waste of money and will never do it again .
