Dependable and communicative

They have been generally very good at responding to my concerns and are splendid when I (or they) have needed to clarify something or need more information. Though payouts can be a bit lengthy and the the direct claim process with my vet has likely hindered the process sometimes, ManyPets have been a valued - and value for money - insurer for Doug, and will continue to be so.
