Easy renewal makes them a winner.

I find the customer service to always be helpful and informative when you speak with them. The fact that I can renew with them just by advising them of any changes to my circumstances a real boon that takes away the stress of going through the whole process every time. An excellent choice for Travel Insurance

AllClear provides a good service and helpful staff when you need to contact them. I am upset with the health questions asked - such as, Have you ever had.... whereas the question really should be whether you have been cured of that particular health issue. But this is common to all companies and I cannot blame AllClear for that. Overall, an excellent choice for Travel Insurance. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

AllClear - Excellent Customer Service

I like the ease of continuing my cover with AllClear, but as with all insurers, I am disappointed that I do not get any relief from high costs after being confirmed clear of cancer. The question "Have you ever had cancer?" does not give a fair view of my situation. But having said that, their customer service is very good with knowledgeable and helpful staff.
