Had an accident in France and language barrier was difficult. Claims handler sorted this on the phone quickly as he could speak French and spoke to the hospital for me. I found call centre staff really helpful when I returned to the UK. The insurance price was great considering my medical conditions compared to other companies. Will use them again.
