Freddie - super efficient customer service, thank you.

I spoke to Freddie and asked for a tax statement (regulatory statement) for the tax year April 2023 - 2024. He was very polite and helpful. He immediately picked up on me mentioning that I was logged into my account and uploaded the regulatory statement for me whilst speaking to me. I was able to print it straight away.
