It took 6 months to agree and recieve my payment

Needed to make a claim after I crashed my bike and for my cycling clothes that were damaged. It took nearly six months for me to recieve the agreed payment and I was provided thirty pound compensation for the delays that were caused after I submitted a formal complaint. It was a really stressful experience. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
