I’ve been using One Call for a couple of years now and find them very easy to deal with and the customer portal is easy to navigate and change or amend details to fit whatever you’re needs are and for a man in his mid sixties that’s a real treat as I’m not really built for all this malarkey but One Call makes it very easy user friendly and there’s always help on hand to support you and no waiting on the phone in a queue which is what you want because no one really wants to deal with insurance but One Call makes it a very easy customer using portal. There’s probably cheaper options out there, but for me it’s about what the insurance does for and covers me especially as I drive to Ireland a couple of times a year and I spread the costs on a monthly payment plan, makes sense all the way around. Very easy to deal with through the customer portal, everything is easily explained and any questions answered clearly and simply which, when you’re getting a bit old is a very welcome thing. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
