Excellent claim experience

Sadly we had our electric bikes stolen and needed to claim. We thought the process was going to be difficult and lengthy. However, we supplied all the information and after getting off to a rocky start with our claim going missing and having to provide it all again things were quickly corrected. The settlement was agreed and paid quicker than the 3 days we were advised it would take to reach our bank. without any further problems. We had only recently renewed the policy and were even surprised that the policy stayed in place to cover our new bikes for the rest of the term and all was not lost. Would highly recommend.
