Unbeatable customer service

I have been insured with this company for years. Their customer service is excellent and when you call you actually get to speak with a real person.. a couple of years ago I had a car accident, the team were so helpful, sorted a curtesy car that same day and the claim was dealt with in no time at all. I was recently unfortunate enough to have to make a claim on my car insurance. After 43 years of driving and having bad experiences with other insurance Companies i was extremely surprised at how friendly and approachable the staff were. They reassured me every step of the way and my claim was dealt with promptly. I can’t thank them enough. They are always on hand and happy to help with uk call Center that is easily accessible.
