Been with them for years as I really like the one to...

Been with them for years as I really like the one to one customer service that you get with them as a company thankfully never needed them for a claim so cannot comment on how they Handle that side of the business but think that if the worst was to happen then that is a very good customer service that you as a individual will need to help you I just hope that they never go automated in there field of service or rely on AI as for me and many my age that does not work So keep up the good work and I am sure that I will keep on using yourself for my home on wheels Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

Been with caravan Gaurd for the last 20 or so years...

Been with caravan Gaurd for the last 20 or so years never had a problem always found them great to deal with and there customer service is excellent nothing is to much trouble being changed to policy ect was a bit dissopionted last year at hike in price and ok understand everything has changed across the board but being a long time customer did not expect such a jump in policy price but haho will see what happens next year Reviewed on: 11th October 2024
