Very Poor service, do not communicate or respond

Poor service, do not communicate with customers, my pet claim was now outstanding for 4 months with only 1 email sent from the Life Time pet cover. They declined my claim and didn't even bother to tell me. They have said as my pet is scared of the vets this invalidates my insurance and deems him an aggressive pet. This is not true and unjustified. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and now my case is with the Financial Ombudsman. This company should only win worst pet insurance provider - they are shameful. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
