Alfie my Special boy

My dog Alfie was diagnosed with a rare disease, Manypets were amazing, helpful and friendly throughout the difficult distressing time. Every test and scan was carried out but sadly there was damage to his brain and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Manypets were there for us all the way through, their customer service were second to none, all claims were handled quickly and efficiently with prompt payments always made. I was so grateful that i had chosen Manypets to insure Alfie it certainly helped having the knowledge that i could have all the treatment and tests necessary even though we still lost him. They took away the worry associated with having a sick pet. First class service and first class customer service. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
