Great customer service.

I Had problems accessing my online account and phoned Saffron twice. Both agents (Freddie and Lauren) answered quickly and were helpful, polite and clear and the problem was easily resoved. Most unusual in these time to come across a Society with such good customer service. Reviewed on: 16th October 2024
