Staff response / call handling is A1

Staff response and call handling is the best I've seen - you empower your staff and they are confident, helpful and staightforward. Your hepline works well, with no appreciable delay in reaching a human. The only reason you are not 10/10 is that your system is ultra-secure to the point that it is very easy for infrequent users (like me) to get locked out. It's happened two or three times in the past 5 or 6 years, but I only check your account about twice a year - because you are useful for cash I won't need for a while. As I deliberately spread this kind of cash out between a parcel of providers you might even get more in future as my parcel is shrinking with the Tesco & Virgin amalgamations & i'll need to balance it out again once the dust settles.
