A very positive experience

I am a completely new customer to Newbury Building Society and decided to make an appointment with them because I was attracted to one of their savings products. I received several email and text reminders before my appointment which was very efficient, and on arrive at the branch, I received a warm welcome. My advisor, Chloe, was friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't rush me at all which made me feel comfortable and she was a good communicator. All-in-all, it was a very positive experience. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2024
