Review of the Scottish Building Society, Savings:

on line account opening useless

Tried to open an on line savings account. Finished but was left not knowing if application was completed as received no email confirmation. Waited 2 days and telephoned support. They could help. Email support, took a week to respond by which time I had abandoned the application. Email and received an immediate response confirming cancellation. Several days later received confirmation of account now open. Abysmal service all round. Would not recommend, Reviewed on: 23rd October 2024
