Savings appointment Face to Face

My wife and pre-booked an appointment with branch manager Vicky at the Halesworth branch with regard to ISA's. What is so lovely about Suffolk Building Society is the personal face to face old school service and one of the reasons we took out two ISA's with them. Vicky was professional, attentive and efficient, and all paperwork arrived in the post one day later. A great experience, so please, please Suffolk Building Society do not loose that face to face personal service, it's rare in the financial services business. Reviewed on: 26th October 2024
