Claim process -Deadful

I am making a claim for on the roof repair and provided photos of the damaged area, it was a dreadful process, emailed them without any response, called them and was told they need to study what is in my policy. What? Then, I was told I need to find two independent contractor to make quotation and must have a letterheaded paper to state what the cause of damage before they can review my case? That is a joke. Why cant they send someone over to inspect? My normal home insurance was a lot more sufficient than Let Alliance. I am strongly advice anyone think before go with them for your choice.
