I’m very disappointed with AstroPay.

I’m very disappointed with AstroPay. My payment got stuck in the app, and I've tried contacting support multiple times with no success. It’s frustrating to have money stuck with no way to retrieve it. My user ID is 7YLwQZ14, and this issue has been ongoing despite repeated emails. AstroPay really needs to address these types of problems faster and offer better customer support. I can’t recommend this app until they resolve my issue and improve their responsiveness.
