Good service and good price

I got 3 different quotes from HE on different days for entering the same information online. I phoned and was quickly connected to Suzy who was very friendly and helpful and found the lowest quote and applied this. I bought the policy over the phone which was very quick and easy as I'd entered all my info online so just had to confirm this. The cost of the policy was very good for what it offered compared to other companies. I also needed to check one aspect of the policy before I bought it and did this via online chat which was easy and quick to use and connected me quickly to a real person who answered my query satisfactorily. Apart from getting the 3 different quotes, it was fairly easy to deal with the company online and on the phone. Of course the real test is if I ever need to make a claim, but I hope this is never necessary! Reviewed on: 3rd November 2024
