Having experienced excellent service in your branches since I have saved with you over quite a number of years I was disappointed if not annoyed that when I tried to ring your society on a couple of Mondays the response was always throughout the day that no one was available even though as I understand it that calls can be transferred to any one of your branches and your head office depts. Another point is the delay in sending out any relevant passbooks for new savings accounts. Reviewed on: 15th November 2024
