ISA closed without ever being opened!

I applied by post fora postal isa on 28 October porting my old skipton isa over. I have heard nothing until today when I got an email with this survey saying sorry you have closed your account! Seriously?!? I filled in your contact form this morning - no one has replied emailed or called me. Terrible. I have no idea what is going on! I can’t open a new isa until I know this one hasn’t been opened. Terrible terrible service. Reviewed on: 15th November 2024

Due to managing extremely high volumes of applications an administrative error meant a second account was opened and closed before we had the chance to inform you that the first account was successfully opened.
